APPLICATION
Being essentially one of oil pumps, the 2VV two-screw pump can also transfer non-greasing (both pure and polluted) liquids with the contents of mechanical nonabrasive impurities within 25% by mass and 0,2mm in size.
The working parts of the pump - the case (yoke) and the rotors (both driving and driven ones) are located in adjacent through bores of the body. The rotors have double-sided worms of special form.
DESCRIPTION
The liquid getting into the pump through the suction pipe is divided into two flows and fills in the spaces in the screws. Due to the difference in the direction of the screws in the right and left parts of the rotors, the liquid driven along the pump axis to the center is expelled into the pressure chamber.
The rotation from the driving rotor on to the driven rotor is transferred by synchronizing gear.
A safety valve is installed for overload protection of the pump and the system.
